El fondo tiene como objetivo lograr un crecimiento de capital a largo plazo, mediante la inversión en valores chinos que coticen en mercados de dicho país y en Hong Kong, así como en valores de compañías que no sean chinas, pero que obtengan una porción significativa de resultados de esta nación. El gestor del fondo tienen previsto invertir en empresas de pequeña y mediana capitalización que cuenten con sólidos fundamentos corporativos, además de un crecimiento sostenible de beneficios. Así mismo, está dispuesto a tomar posiciones importantes en aquellos valores en los que se tenga un alto nivel de confianza. A pesar de que el gestor tiene en cuenta al índice de referencia, las ponderaciones generales de los títulos se gestionan únicamente mediante un proceso de selección de acciones de “abajo a arriba”.
